WooCommerce Core Controls
Standard and Ultimate users can bulk-control the Enabled, Downloadable, Virtual and Manage Stock states of supported WooCommerce variations.
Each of these controls supports:
- Enable
- Disable
- Do not change
The Do not change option allows other bulk updates to be performed without unintentionally changing these variation settings.
Ultimate additionally supports variation Stock Quantity and Stock Status.
Description Builder and Live Preview
Standard and Ultimate include the Description Builder and Live Preview.
The Description Builder allows supported information and text components to be arranged into the resulting variation description. Live Preview shows the resulting description before it is applied.
Ultimate additionally provides reusable Template Management, allowing configurations to be saved and loaded for later use.
Plugin Settings
BPV includes a Plugin Settings area so supported field groups can be enabled or disabled according to the WooCommerce-related plugins and features you use.
Supported field groups currently include:
- WooCommerce Core
- Google for WooCommerce
- Product Brand Taxonomy
Optional fields only appear when their field group is enabled and permitted by the current licence tier.
Product Brand Taxonomy Support
BPV supports selected product-level Product Brand taxonomy fields.
This allows a chosen Product Brand to be applied while working through supported product-editing tasks.
Product Brand is a product-level field rather than a separate value for each variation.
Help and Usage
An integrated Help file is included with the extension. It explains the main BPV workflow, supported fields, licence tiers, Description Builder, Plugin Settings and common usage information.
A video demonstration may also be available to show how the extension works in practice.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and manage licence activation and validation.
Licence activation uses:
- The email address associated with the licence
- A randomly generated installation identifier
- Browser and device information supplied by the browser
- Extension version
- Operating-system or platform information
The licensing service may also receive the IP address associated with requests made to it.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- WooCommerce login details
- WordPress usernames
- WordPress passwords
- account tokens
- payment card details
- extension usage history
- product data from your store
Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider.
Any diagnostic or troubleshooting information that you voluntarily provide to Jays n Dees is handled as support information.

Receiving and Using Your Licence Key
