Nicest Code is a local source cleaner for copied HTML. Use the packaged Help page first for workflow, preset, batch, licensing and troubleshooting guidance.
Before Requesting Support
- Confirm the installed Nicest Code version from About.
- Review Original, Modified and the detailed change report.
- Confirm which preset and settings were enabled.
- For paid features, select the current licence-edition button and choose Verify now.
- Retry with a small, non-sensitive fragment that reproduces the issue.
What to Include
- Nicest Code version and current edition.
- Chrome version and operating system.
- Workspace used: Single source or Batch files.
- Selected preset and relevant settings.
- The expected result and the result received.
- A non-sensitive sample only when necessary to reproduce the problem.
Do not send passwords, complete licence keys, private customer data, payment information, unpublished commercial source, or other sensitive content.
Licence Support
For licence assistance, provide the WooCommerce order number and purchaser email address. If a partial key reference is needed, provide only the masked key shown by Nicest Code or the final four characters. Never send a complete licence key in an ordinary support message.
Known Boundaries
Nicest Code does not format PHP, JavaScript or CSS and does not speculatively remove arbitrary code. Provider interfaces can change, so copied HTML may require evidence-based preset updates after verification.
