Step 3 – Receive Your Personalised Plan and Resources

Step 4 – Complete the Five-Day Kickstart

Email Support Boundaries

Done With Me support is provided by email only.

During the five-day Kickstart, emails must remain related to your FROISK plan and the current daily topic. This helps keep the process focused and ensures that each stage can be completed before moving to the next.

The five-day Kickstart is a defined guided period. It is not an unlimited support subscription and does not continue indefinitely after the guided period has ended.

You remain responsible for completing the recommended actions, creating your accounts and materials, making final business decisions and checking whether any selected platform or activity is suitable for your circumstances.

Important Onboarding Information

The quality and relevance of your Personalised Kickstart Plan depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied through the onboarding form.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other account credentials. Jays n Dees does not require access to your private accounts to provide Done With Me guidance.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. If important onboarding information is missing or unclear, the delivery period begins after the required clarification has been received.

Gifting FROISK?

FROISK may be purchased as a gift for one intended recipient.

Each FROISK purchase provides a personal-use licence for one person only. That person may be either the purchaser or the gift recipient, but not both.

Gifting Blueprint or Guided DIY

Blueprint and Guided DIY are provided as digital downloads after successful checkout.

When purchasing either package as a gift, the purchaser may download the supplied ZIP package for the sole purpose of transferring it to the intended recipient.

After successfully providing the package to the recipient, the purchaser must:

• Permanently delete all copies of the FROISK resources from their devices, storage accounts and backups
• Not retain, read, use, reproduce or distribute the resources
• Not access or download another copy for their own use
• Not provide the resources to anyone other than the nominated gift recipient

The intended recipient then becomes the authorised user of that FROISK package.

If both the purchaser and recipient wish to use FROISK, a separate purchase is required for each person.

Gifting Done With Me

Done With Me may also be purchased as a gift, but the intended recipient must personally complete the onboarding process.

The recipient’s own circumstances, interests, resources and intended direction must be supplied through the onboarding form. The Personalised Kickstart Plan and five-day email-guidance period are prepared for and provided to that recipient.

The purchaser may forward the onboarding instructions to the recipient but is not entitled to participate in, share or separately use the Done With Me resources or guidance unless an additional package has been purchased.

Personal Use Only

Gifting FROISK does not create an additional licence or authorised copy.

FROISK resources must not be:

• Shared between multiple people
• Uploaded to shared drives, membership platforms or public websites
• Copied for friends, relatives, employees, clients or other third parties
• Resold, sublicensed or included within another paid or free product
• Retained by the purchaser after being transferred as a gift

The recipient may use the resources for their own learning, planning and implementation. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the FROISK materials or their copyright.

The purchaser should provide the recipient with the relevant order number or proof of purchase in case assistance with delivery or access is required.
